Are there services you don’t offer?

There are certain services we do not provide: by default, we don’t offer onsite services (though we are open to exploring options), public relations, advanced software development, data services, event management, cultural consultancy and some other. We also refrain from providing services in areas where we lack expertise, such as politics, agriculture and farming, vintage and antique shops, rocket science, etc.

Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?

We do not offer refunds. Our transparent process ensures that you are informed of expected outcomes from the beginning. While refunds are not available, we are dedicated to getting things right and ensuring you are satisfied with our work.

Is there a limit to the services I can receive?

Our packages are designed for small to medium-sized businesses. If you require more extensive services, we can offer multiple AGENCY+ packages. However, if your needs exceed our capacity, we’ll let you know honestly.

How soon will I see results?

Timelines vary depending on your strategy. Paid ads can deliver quick wins, showing noticeable results within the first month. Approaches like SEO, organic social media, or brand development may take up to six months reveal their full potential. We’ll set realistic expectations based on the approach we choose together.

How does the onboarding process work?

Once you decide to subscribe, we’ll start with an onboarding call to get to know your business and understand your marketing needs. During the call, we’ll also walk you through how our cooperation will work. After that, we’ll match you with your dedicated manager, and you’ll gain access to your dashboard, where you can view your marketing plan, reports and deliverables.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause at any time for the following month. Your projects and files will be saved, and when you’re ready, we’ll pick up right where we left off.

Who’s actually working in my marketing department?

Our core team of marketing strategists, creative directors, and art directors develops and oversees your strategy and execution, ensuring everything stays on track. While trusted remote talents, whom we work with regularly, handle the execution, all key decisions and quality control remain with our core team.

Where is your team based?

Our headquarters are in Prague, Czech Republic, but our team members are spread across Europe, including Spain, Germany, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, and Israel. We work globally to deliver the best results.

Our primary communication hub is your dashboard, but we’re flexible with email and messaging apps as long as they grant smooth and lossless communication.

Can we have daily calls with the project manager?

Calls are generally preferred only during the initial stage or for urgent matters. Our systems are designed for maximum efficiency, so it’s often faster to send a message, voice note, or video and get a quick response, rather than trying to coordinate two busy schedules.

Do you work on weekends?

Our client managers are online from 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time Zone (UTC-5), Monday to Friday.

What are your working hours?

Some expenses fall outside our services and will require additional payment, such as paid ad platform fees, hosting fees, celebrity and influencer collaborations, and other costs beyond the scope of listed subscription services. We’ll discuss these with you in advance to avoid any surprises.

Are there any extra costs?

Who owns the rights to the content you create?

Our clients have 100% ownership of all deliverables from the moment they’re in their hands. We create content for you, and you own it outright.

What if I don’t like the output?

We rarely miss the mark because we emphasize understanding your vision upfront. If needed, we’ll work with you to make revisions and ensure you’re happy with the final outcome.
